If you are having router problems sometimes you will need to reset it.
Most routers have a whole in the back that if you insert a paperclip and push gently for only a second or two it will reset the router.
However , if you leave it in there for more than 10 seconds it will wipe all settings from the router and you will have to reenter in all the appropriate settings to get back on the Internet.
Make sure you always have a copy of your Internet settings from your ISP and remember to activate wireless security to WPA2 and change the default password.
