Microsoft have a tool to create a DVD , CD or Flash Drive that when you have created the media you can scan your computer for malware / virus infections and remove them.
This tool is available for 32 bit and 64bit editions of Windows.
Full instructions are available on the webpage but works quiet well on computers that I have run this on.
You must create the disc however on a malware / virus clean pc.
