When you buy a Windows computer it is designed to load all programs at startup.

The more programs you have that load on startup on your computer then the more memory it uses , the more chance you have that it can crash or run slowly.

So what do you do?

Learn how to use MSCONFIG so that you can stop any unnecessary programs loading
