Artificial Intelligence And Google – The Race To Be Better Is On

First of all what is Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) and how does it apply to us?

What does Artificial Intelligence (AI) mean?

Artificial intelligence (AI) is an area of computer science that emphasizes the creation of intelligent machines that work and react like humans. Some of the activities computers with artificial intelligence are designed for include:

For those with a smartphone / tablet / computer ( device ) that would like Google or their search to be improved and what you say to your device to be better understood they need information from us as the more information we can give the more it understands us and can give relevant answers.

However many feel that this will impede our privacy but many of us would love smarter devices and the more information we give Google the better the results as the more they gather the better the long term results.

Now Google will give you an opt-in option where everything you do on Google will be collected

Just go to Activity Controls in your Google Account and you can opt in for Google to see all that you do.

There is also the option for you to opt-out however the more they collect the smarter it will become and the smarter our devices will become and remember the collection of your data is anonymous.

One final point Facebook is opt-out – Google is opt-in.
