If you receive an email that claims you owe money and follow the link to pay the bill then stop. Do not click that link. Instead

Instead open up the webpage of the site (preferably with Google Chrome my preferred browser) and login to your account to see if there is a balance owing.

Links in emails can take you to fake sites that can and do drain bank accounts if you login with your details.

I recently had a client that lost over $2000 after he logged into a fake business name renewal page and entered his banking details.
