So you have a domain name but you enlisted someone to help you setup a site and they said they would do it all for you however , have you ever checked that your details are correct and that you actually own your domain name.
It may pay to check which you can do at : Whois
Enter your domain name ( don’t put in the www ) put the control text in , then check your details
If you don’t have it in your name , talk to the person who registered the name as a first step but it needs to be in your name – its your domain.
