So you have a domain name but you enlisted someone to help you setup a site and they said they would do it all for you however have you ever checked that your details are correct and that you actually own your domain name.
It may pay to check which you can do at : Whois
Enter your domain name ( don’t put in the www ) put the control text in , then check your details
If you don’t have it in your name , talk to the person who registered the name as a first step.
