It has been reported that some Samsung computers are disabling Windows Update which as anyone who has listened to me is a recipe for disaster.

Since I wrote this Samsung have acknowledged that they will fix this HOWEVER you will need to go to Samsung updates which a lot of owners never appear to visit.
It would pay all computer owners to check if there are updates done by their manufacturer
