Install What You Need – Uninstall What You Don’t Need – Steer Clear Of Free

The latest security tip is to only install on your computer what you need to complete what you do.

Having programs that you never use or that you installed with the “one day I may use them ” can lead to leaving yourself open to vulnerabilities.

Uninstall what you don’t need or do not use and make sure ALL traces are gone.

For this on Windows I recommend Geek Uninstaller as the program uninstaller with Windows leaves ” residue” behind.

On a Mac I recommend App Cleaner as installing some free programs or installing programs that you do not use can lead to slow downs and corruption of the browsers.

  1. I have trend anti virus installed on my desktop pc. I also have advance system care installed. My question is do i need advance system care. I have a feeling that this program causrd my windows 10 to corrupt my computer. O get a black screen with circles and i cant boot up

  2. Thank you for your advice Richard. That must be what caused both my desktop and laptop/tablet to stop working. Had to take the desktop for a full reinstall of Windows 10 signature edition. Now i need to reinstall everything back onto my desktop. I am not confidant enough to undertake this task myself and would like you do this for me. Not sure if i should be posting this here or would i need to call you or vice versa.
