Track Your Health With Google Calender

There are a myriad of apps out there to track your health and issues for such things as illness , period or your mental health ups and downs.

But why not use Google Calender or the Apple Calender app to keep track of what’s going on with your body by creating a ” health” calender

Then create an all-day event for anything you want to note: “Allergies are bad today” , “sore throat” , “diarrhoea” or “period started”.

You could also put code words in there if you are concerned about someone seeing the calender.

You can add notes in the “description” field, and you can get a big-picture look at what happened with the Schedule view that just gives a list of dates and events.

You can also search calendar events, giving an easy way to answer when your doctor asks “How long ago did this start?”

A great way to share information with your medical specialist.
