People sometimes have issues when transferring videos taken on an iPhone to a Windows computer , we will look at some ways to do this.
Number 1
Open the Photos app – plug in your iPhone – you will see import from a usb device – you will have to authorise on your smartphone for it to proceed – be patient.

Open the Control Panel – Look for autoplay at the bottom of the screen and it will give you the default method for importing video to your iPhones you can then change it.
Number 3
Install iCloud for Windows which will give you the option of backing up all your photos and videos to your computer as well as having them in iCloud.
Number 4
Use a cloud service such as Dropbox , One Drive ( only if you have a fast wifi connection ) , you will need to authorise Photos to be backed up on both services.
