WINDOWS 10 – WHAT VERSION DO YOU HAVE
We are currently up to 20H2
You can find what version you are up to by going to Settings ,System , then look at the about tab on the side of the page.
I have seen some systems that are still on versions 1803 ( April 2018) , these are out of date now and you need to get them updated through Windows update
But what if it doesn’t update ?
This can be due to a number of reasons :
- Malware
- Software such as the antivirus
- A poor upgrade when Windows 10 came out ( this can mean a wipe and reinstall )
- A failing hard drive ( these can be replaced)
So what do you do ?
Try and get the above issues fixed but it may need a full wipe and reinstall which is a great fix for anything wrong with Windows.
