Judging from the amount of calls I get people are still losing access to their Facebook & or Google account.

Facebook and Google are free services, so you need to put a bit of effort when it comes to security.

• Have you given in a recovery email address
• Are you using an authenticator
• Do you know your passwords

If you do not lock them down you will over time run the risk of losing them.
