Detailed Email Support – $40
Send me the problem and I'll take a proper look at it.
Sometimes a technology problem needs more than a quick answer.
With Detailed Email Support, you can explain what's happening and provide any relevant information, screenshots or error messages.
I'll review the problem and provide a detailed response explaining what I think is happening and the steps you can take to fix it.
Suitable for problems involving computers and laptops, email, Apple and Microsoft accounts, phones and tablets, printers, Wi-Fi and home networks, software, online accounts and general technology problems.

15-Minute Phone Support – $40
Sometimes it's easier just to talk.
Book a 15-minute phone consultation with Richard Pascoe and we'll work through your technology problem together.
This is ideal when you need an explanation, some advice or help deciding what to do next.
Before the call, have the device you're having trouble with nearby and, where possible, make a note of any error messages you're seeing.

Need Me to Come to You?
Of course, not every technology problem can be solved by email or over the phone.
I'm also available to visit your home or office to provide onsite IT support.
If you've already paid for Detailed Email Support or a 15-Minute Phone Consultation and I determine that the problem requires an onsite visit, the amount you've already paid for that support will be deducted from my invoice when I come to see you.
That means you're not paying twice for the same problem.
If you already know that your problem is likely to require an onsite visit, simply contact me to discuss what you need.

Not Sure Which Option You Need?
Don't pay for support until you're sure which service is right for you.
If you're not sure whether your problem is suitable for email, phone or onsite support, contact me first with a brief description of what's happening.
I'll let you know which option is most appropriate.

Straightforward Technology Help
I've spent years helping people make sense of technology.
My approach is simple: explain the problem in plain English, tell you what your options are and help you decide what to do next.
You don't need to understand all the technical jargon. That's my job.
Whether it's a computer that isn't behaving itself, an email problem, a printer that refuses to print, Wi-Fi problems or an online account you can't access, I'll help you work out the next step.

A Few Things to Know
Payment covers the support service described above and doesn't guarantee that every technology problem can be resolved within a single email or 15-minute phone consultation.
Some problems may require additional troubleshooting, remote support, replacement hardware, assistance from your internet provider or an onsite visit.
If that's the case, I'll explain what I believe the next step should be.
If your paid phone or email support leads to an onsite visit for the same issue, the amount you've already paid will be deducted from the invoice for that visit.
Please don't send passwords, PINs, verification codes or banking details.
