A Lesson In Checking For Updates

Zoom has become a most popular video conferencing platform, but since December last year had been receiving multiple complaints from Apple users that the microphone was still active even after ending a Zoom conference, obviously this was creating understandable privacy concerns. We are assured this bug has now been fixed. 

This is a great example of the importance of regularly checking for both software and hardware updates.

Keep automatic updates enabled and be sure you have the latest versions. Download and install available updates as soon as they are released , both operating system and software updates.
